Well, we just got back from our long weekend at the beach. It was also Chris' birthday Saturday and my Dad's as well. BTW, I was a bad daughter b/c I didn't wish my Dad a Happy Birthday until he called to wish Chris one!
We left Friday morning and stayed in Garden City. First, we rode into Georgetown and spent a good bit of the day with family. When we got to the beach house, we got settled in, went out to one of our fav restaurants, Captain John's in Pawley's, and then went grocery shopping. It was a late night b/c as we were going back to the beach house, we stopped at Sam's Corner and overwhelmed the kids with all of the arcade games, go carts, bungee jumping, etc. Brice was loving it! Kinnon seemed to be enjoying himself but since he is still a crawler he was just along for the ride! They both got to bed about 11 pm....late night.
Saturday, we spent time on the beach and then went to Family Kingdom and Brice was our little adventurous boy! He wanted to ride everything and did (the train, canoe, airplanes, fire trucks, etc.) My most enjoyable time was the train ride with Kinnon and the log flume ride with Brice.
We had dinner with our friends, Shelly and Jarrod and Double J. aka Jarrod James. He is thier new little addition to their family and he is quite adorable!
